make
memtest.bin - linux Kernel x86 :)
copy "memtest.bin" to your boot dir /boot usually, not memtest it's ELF exe
edit
/etc/lilo.conf
add this:
image = /boot/memtest.bin
root=/dev/sda3 # no need
label = Memtest86
execute from bash like root, to refresh Loader >lilo
Grub: close to upper.
reboot choose memtest! And Happy waiting.
